The Excellencies of the Prince and Sicilian Street Food Tasting Session
A fascinating sensory journey which will let you discover 5 unique grape varieties paired with 5 Sicilian street food specialties. The journey begins with a walk through the company's vineyards, continues with a visit to the winery and ends with a tasting session of 5 unique wines: Sophia Catarratto BIO, IGP Terre Siciliane, Bianca di Corte, Inzolia/Chardonnay DOP Sicilia, Quattro Canti Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon DOP Sicilia, Sophia Nero d’Avola BIO, DOP Sicilia and Zhara Passito IGP Terre Siciliane. Each wine will be served alongside a Sicilian finger food specialty.
